Ravi d'avoir enfin pu aborder ce sujet avec Elise Hallet pour Moustique Magazine 🍾 J'entends trop souvent des phrases comme "L'IA va tous nous remplacer", "Ton entreprise aide les entreprises à licencier les gens" 😒 Je vois aussi certaines entreprises annoncer que l'IA peut déjà gérer les relations client de manière complètement autonome. Et si la vérité était plus nuancée que ca 🙃 ? Pour moi, l'IA est un complément à l'humain, une manière de faciliter certaines tâches répétitives et d'offrir une meilleur experience aux clients. Une logique "win-win" 🤝 qui devrait être la base de tout projet dans le domaine. Il est donc essentiel de garder l'humain au centre de la relation, tout en investissant correctement (technologie, approche, etc.). C'est une vision que Campfire AI continue de promouvoir🔥 Les entreprises devraient donc voir l'IA comme un outil de complément et non de remplacement. 🤔 Jusqu'à aujourd'hui, je n'ai pas encore vu d'entreprises licencier des employés parce que l'IA faisait "mieux" leur travail. LLMs (Generative AI) models are people pleasers💥 They are great technologies, but for a company or a public institution like the European Parliament, using them can be tricky🧐 Alexis sometimes refers to these models as "people pleasers", meaning they could "hallucinate" 😶🌫️ and provide incorrect information based on the user’s question.
