🎖️ Cortenbergh 100 achieves BREEAM Official Excellent certification thanks to CBRE. Our ESG & Sustainability Solutions team, in collaboration with AIMRE, successfully assisted Catella Investment Management with the BREEAM certification of their Cortenbergh 100 building in Brussels. Following initial assessment of the building by our team, Catella implemented a range of highly sustainable standards, including among others (see comments for the comprehensive list): • Installation of CO2 sensors to guarantee indoor air quality • Installation of solar panels to promote renewable energy • Water-efficient fittings to reduce water consumption • Assessment of natural hazard risks to the building with consideration of climate change The implemented changes helped Cortenbergh 100 reach a BREEAM Excellent certification, after final assessment completed by our approved assessor Niloufar Shadmanfar.
