Hellenic Cables, the cables segment of Cenergy Holdings, has announced its partnership with the Leading Light Wind project, located off the coast of New Jersey, to supply 65 km of 132 kV inter-array cables. Athens Exchange Welcomes Cenergy Holdings for the Commencement of New Share Trading Following Successful Share Capital Increase   On October 15th, the Athens Exchange welcomed Cenergy Holdings to mark the commencement of trading for the company’s new shares. This achievement represents a significant step forward for the company, as it enhances its international presence expanding production into the U.S. market.   Cenergy Holdings’s CEO, Alexis Alexiou, highlighted, “Today is not just a great day for our stock market presence and a token of our business success. It also marks a historic step forward for us with the successful Share Capital Increase allowing us to expand production to the U.S. This is also a moment of acknowledging the trust relationship we have built with all our stakeholders for so long.”   Yianos Kontopoulos, CEO of Athens Exchange Group, mentioned, “A particularly important element is the remarkable improvement in the free float of Cenergy Holdings' stock, as it will now rise from 20% to close to 30%. We are pleased to share that Hellenic Cables, the cables segment of Cenergy Holdings, and Alcoa Corporation partner for a third consecutive year, focusing on the use of low-carbon EcoLum® aluminium in renewable energy cables. From 2022, the two companies are working together to promote sustainability in energy infrastructure, with EcoLum having a carbon footprint three times smaller than the industry average.   Hellenic Cables has integrated EcoLum into its production process, manufacturing cables for wind and solar farms across Europe, reducing embodied carbon emissions and providing products with a significantly lower footprint. This strategic partnership extends beyond 2025, reinforcing both companies' ambitions to reduce greenhouse gases.   Kostas Savvakis, General Manager at Hellenic Cables, stated, "Adherence to sustainability principles is core to our strategy and partnering with Alcoa has been transformative for us. Cenergy Holdings Announces Plans for Potential Capital Raise grounded on Strong H1 2024 Results We are pleased to share our financial results for 2024H1 and our intention to raise capital of up to €200m to finance our expansion to the United States. Key Highlights: Robust H1 2024 Performance: · Revenue: EUR 812 million, with improved margins across all business units. · Adjusted EBITDA of EUR 119.5 million (+39% y-o-y), achieving a 14.7% margin. · Record order backlog of EUR 3.38 billion on June 30th, 2024. Potential Capital Raise: · Intention to raise up to EUR 200 million through a Potential Share Capital  Increase. · Funds will support our US expansion, cover general corporate purposes and  enhance our facilities in Greece, if necessary. · An extraordinary shareholders’ meeting is planned for early October.   Updated Guidance & Medium-Term Ambitions: · FY 2024 adjusted EBITDA guidance updated to EUR 245 – 265 million. · Medium-term ambitions include strong organic revenue growth and  adjusted EBITDA of EUR 380 – 420 million.
