𝗠𝟭𝟭 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 is a trailblazer in the renewable energy sector, leading the way in producing premium biodiesel from Used Cooking Oil (UCO) sourced from both the food industry and households. This state-of-the-art facility, spanning over 100 acres in Coastal Karnataka, proudly stands as India’s largest biodiesel manufacturing unit. 𝗨𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗩𝗥𝗫 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺!  𝟭. 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆: Our patented VRX™ technology revolutionizes meal desolventizing. By using superheated solvent vapors, we achieve 2-3% lower meal moisture at the Desolventizer Toaster. That translates to 15-25 kg of steam saved per ton of seed compared to conventional methods (e.g. DIMAX). Energy savings? Check! 💡 𝟮. 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗶𝗿, 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁: The reduced DC size means less air needed for meal drying. Result? Dust emissions drop by 25-33%, and electrical consumption in the Meal Dryer-Cooler (DC) and fans decreases by 10-14%. Breathe easy! 🌬️ 𝟯. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: Lower desolventizing moisture prevents over-toasting, ensuring meal quality. Our VRX system delivers meal with less than 200 ppm free hexane, 80-85% KOH solubility, and precise urease activity. 𝟰. 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁: With 10% more open area in the desolventizing trays, steam permeates meal layers efficiently. Remember, sustainability isn’t just a buzzword—it’s our commitment.
