Developed in partnership with Baltisse Real Estate and designed by a2o + Burg Vaes, it involves the construction of 75 apartments spread across 2 buildings, adapted for people with reduced mobility, along with a paramedical block dedicated to post-rehabilitation care. We are thrilled to announce that we have officially received the building permit for our magnificent project Life6 in Uccle, developed in partnership with e-maprod. This initiative involves transforming and renovating a former retirement home into a residential building featuring 76 apartments, a covered parking facility with 48 car spaces, and an additional outdoor parking lot with 11 car spaces. Our goal is to preserve the building’s original architectural qualities from the 1970s through a thoughtful and respectful renovation process. Project in Progress: Seventeen adaptable houses in Vedrin, Belgium. We have named this project 'L'horizon de Stimart'. Each house is designed with a unique layout to offer a wide variety of orientations and views, catering to various preferences. All houses will be equipped with heat pumps independent of gas, providing the opportunity to install solar panels and harness solar energy. The project is undertaken in partnership with the municipality of Namur and the Walloon Region, which launched its 'Yes, we plant!' program in 2020 to promote the planting of hedges and trees in the Walloon territory. At the back of each plot, hedges will be planted to create beneficial biomass for everyone. As always in our projects, landscaping is essential. Stay tuned !
