Can you tell us about your professional background and the launch of Hexeko as a co-founder? 👤Whether through my experiences in finance, digital marketing, or project management, a passion for technological innovation has always guided me. It was in Canada that the idea of creating Hexeko emerged. Seeing the additional benefits they offered, I envisioned this project in Belgium and France. Hexeko was born upon my return in 2018. 🎤2. What are the key values of Hexeko and how are they reflected daily with your team? 👤The key values of Hexeko are innovation, rigor, and collaboration. We encourage a culture of experimentation and creative solutions through brainstorming sessions. Rigor ensures compliance, protects sensitive data, reinforces credibility, and minimizes errors. Collaboration is essential, with open communication and workshops to foster the best ideas. 🎤3. How do you manage to motivate and engage your team on a daily basis? 👤Our team keeps growing, and to facilitate this, we have implemented four strategies: transparent communication between our various departments, development opportunities with training and workshops, a dynamic work environment with our open spaces, and a recognition system to continually encourage our employees. My priority is the well-being of my team. 🎤4. Recap of Our Team Building in Namur! 🌸 On Wednesday, June 19th, the entire team gathered for an exciting escape game in Namur, followed by a group dinner. Our investigative talents were put to the test in a game full of challenges.
