Passwordless solutions—utilising biometrics and one-time codes—significantly improve security while streamlining the user experience. This shift not only reduces the attack surface but also helps safeguard sensitive information. ✅ Zero Trust Architecture: The mantra “never trust, always verify” lies at the core of the Zero Trust model. While other teams were busy driving innovation at one of our clients, our infrastructure team was spending over 90% of their time solving problems. Issues in CIAM were apparently flooding the support system, but most of these issues were false positives that weren't even caused by the CIAM system itself. ❌ 💡 The Solution: - Implemented advanced tools for better visibility and faster issue detection - Trained support teams to accurately diagnose and resolve problems - Provided ongoing guidance and follow-up The result?
