About us

The goals of the I-ACT project encompass: a) Diminishing prejudice, discrimination, and societal stigmatization against adults with mental illnesses, fostering their social integration. b) Enhancing the expertise and awareness of professionals within mental health sectors and educators involved in adult education, utilizing art therapy practices. c) Facilitating the involvement of civil society in mental health support by leveraging the insights of international partners within the framework of an art therapy festival. The primary activities we will undertake within the project are as follows: a) Project management, focusing on communication and dissemination strategies. b) Crafting a methodological guide to strengthen partnerships between mental health units and civil society for an Art Therapy Festival. c) Organizing an Educational Art Therapy Festival in Greece and Belgium.
