Yesterday we again hosted an inspiring Miles Ahead Session. 👏 Wim De Waele had the honor of having a conversation with Gilles Mattelin, co-founder of Henchman, part of LexisNexis. He shared his entrepreneurial journey and treated our guests to tips from his own experience. We learned: 💡 Branding is essential: be bold and differentiate from the competition; ensure your entire company embodies this philosophy. 💡 Foster a hyper-growth culture: create an environment where rapid growth is the only option, translate this mindset to your clients so they feel part of the journey. 💡 From an HR perspective: A-players do not exist. That's now the case in the United States, where it has become an important part of the election campaign.
