We are hiring a Cosmetic Regulatory & CSR Specialist (M/W) (Permanent contract) To apply : talent@minakem.com https://lnkd.in/eGemZ5Zf Reporting to the CSR & Regulatory Manager, you will provide expertise in both regulatory affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), with a strong focus on compliance and sustainability. Your main responsabilities are: Regulatory Affairs: Client Support: - Offer guidance and support for clients regarding Regulatory questions or issues. - Contribute to regulatory activities including pre-licensing, new registrations (products), and post-approval applications. - Prepare and submit technical transfer documentation. - Manage post-approval regulatory processes. Compliance : - Oversee and review of product labelling, including the summary of product characteristics. - Respond to internal requests for regulatory and technical information. Regulatory Compliance & Audits : - Ensure all regulatory processes are followed to maintain compliance, in preparation for internal and external audits (e.g., COSMOS, RSPO certifications). - Stay up-to-date with national and international regulatory guidelines and legislation. Documentation & Administration : - Maintain records of regulatory submissions, track approvals, and ensure accurate data entry into performance measurement tools. - Perform general regulatory administration and support as needed. Corporate Social Responsibility: - CSR Strategy & Implementation: - Define and execute the company’s CSR strategy, ensuring alignment with environmental and sustainability goals. - Implement the environmental policy and maintain excellence in sustainability ratings, such as Ecovadis. - Participate in CSR workshops and ensure continuous improvement in these areas. Ideally holding a scientific background (Bachelor’s in Cosmetic Formulation), you have 2-3 years of proven success in a Regulatory Affairs or CSR role within the cosmetic industry. You possess strong knowledge of French and international regulations for cosmetics and your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex regulatory information to internal and external stakeholders. You are capable of working independently, demonstrating flexibility and autonomy in managing your responsibilities.You have the ability to prioritize multiple workloads and multitask efficiently, always maintaining attention to detail. You are fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You will provide expertise, guidance and support to customers, assisting them in integrating our materials into their finished products. Your main responsibilities for this position are: - Formulation development: - Design and develop cosmetic formulations (shampoos, emulsions, make-up products, …) - Incorporate both existing and new Minasolve ingredients into formulations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, …) to ensure formulations meet customer requirements and industry standards. - Ensures the stability of cosmetic formulations (physical stability tests, challenge tests). - Optimize formulation processes to enhance product properties and overall effectiveness. - Support patenting activities by providing relevant data. Marketing Support: - Offer technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and formulation advice. - Create exemplary formulation kits to effectively showcase Minasolve ingredients. - Engage with customers, distributors, and suppliers to build strong relationships and facilitate effective communication. - Represent the technical marketing team at selected trade fairs to enhance brand visibility and engagement. - Participate in customer training sessions to demonstrate product properties and usage. - Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in formulation technologies and cosmetic ingredients to maintain a competitive edge. Laboratory Management: - Ensure necessary supplies and equipment are available and maintained in good condition for efficient laboratory operations. - Participate in laboratory equipment calibration routines to guarantee accuracy and reliability. You have a scientific background, with at least a bachelor’s degree, and a genuine passion for and experience in cosmetic formulation. You are highly organized, capable of working autonomously, and bring precision and perseverance to your tasks. As a team player, you thrive in versatile, small-team environments where precision is essential. You are fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
