Did you know that you can easily create maps for your wafers or tray shaped samples on your NEXIV? If your sample consists of multiple repeating structures, Nikon’s MapMeasurePro software will help you to easily create maps of your samples. These maps can be created for wafers or trays and multi-trays. MapMeasurePro will give the user a better overview of the results across the sample and also decrease the time needed for programming, as measurement recipes only need to be created for one structure or chip. This also makes corrections or additions to measurement recipes easier to implement. The number of structures or chips that need to be measured can be set in MapMeasurePro and will provide an overview map of passed and failed structures. Upgrading your current AutoMeasure to the latest version will give you all the latest additions and also MapMeasurePro, as it has become a standard product now. Aidan will oversee company management and business operations, working closely with Nikon Headquarters and Nikon Metrology Group companies. Bringing a wealth of experience, Aidan began his career in the Semiconductor Industry, spending nearly 20 years in engineering and business management at Nikon Precision Europe GmbH. Since then, he has held executive leadership roles in several global companies. Now, he returns to Nikon to drive the future growth of Nikon Metrology and the Industrial Solutions Business Unit. We are confident that Aidan’s leadership will strengthen our organization and contribute significantly to our continued success. Did you know...users see more with Nikoin's NIS Elements functions HDR (high dynamic range) and EDF (extended depth of focus)? HDR uses image sequences in which individual images are taken with different exposure times to calculate an ideally exposed overall image. Meanwhile, EDF uses individual images from different focus positions to create an entirely focused image.
