Just 2 weeks ago, Offr organized its first HR Day. 😁 It was the opportunity to get together with over 35 HR managers and CEOs in Offr's original offices to discuss HR challenges and the evolution of their roles. Last weekend saw the first edition of the Padchella 🎾at tero Padel Club. Offr was super happy to support the event because it's important to also have moments of reconnection, share a few laughs and enjoy some friendly competition on the court. Annual Adjustment of the 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 🚗 From July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, the flat-rate allowance for using personal vehicles for professional travel has been adjusted to €𝟬.𝟰𝟰𝟭𝟱 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿, reflecting a 𝟯.𝟭𝟱% increase from last year. This adjustment is in response to the anticipated rise in costs for employees, helping to cushion expenses and ensure fair compensation for those who use their personal vehicles for work. Planning ahead and keeping up with cost changes helps us support our team better! 🚗💼
