As many prepare for their holidays, or get ready for the Gentse Feesten, we want to reflect on OTIV's remarkable growth over the past year. 📈 Growing from 18 to 35 team members in less than a year is no small feat. In true startup fashion, even these photos are already outdated with the addition of our newest hires: Zied, Warre, Anoosh, Johannes, Arne, Christophe, Paria, and our interns Nozomi, Ajibola, Arn, Clément and Laurens. The OTIV team is a diverse group of passionate individuals, representing more than 9 nationalities.
