Praxis Development and Research Consultancy has been a steadfast ally to grassroots and non-profit organisations since 2016. Our mission is to empower BIPOC-led organisations across the Middle East, EU, and the UK by providing comprehensive support to their staff, volunteers, communities, Board of Directors, and line managers. Our consultants, each with over 15 years of individual experience within nonprofit organisations, including leadership roles, offer a distinctive blend of expertise that transcends conventional service provision. At PDR, our commitment is to empower migrant organisations in establishing resilient communities and supporting BIPOC leaders with the essential tools to navigate the intricate landscape of the nonprofit sector. We aim to enable them to effectively address society's challenges, ensuring a lasting and sustainable impact for their constituencies. We adopt a feminist approach, ensuring diversity, equality, and inclusion of persons of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions. Our practices are ethical and secure.
