Chez PHARMAPLAN (TTP Group), le transfert de connaissances est l'un de nos principaux facteurs de réussite.   La semaine dernière, nos équipes France & Belgique ont eu la chance de participer à une session de formation interne sur la thématique High Potent animée par l’experte, Jacqueline VU. Les participants ont particulièrement apprécié le niveau de qualité élevé de la formation, ainsi que les exemples concrets et les cas pratiques qui ont enrichi les échanges. Cette approche interactive a permis d’approfondir notre compréhension des enjeux liés aux substances hautement actives sur les projets.   Nous tenons à remercier Jacqueline pour son partage de connaissances et tous ceux qui ont participé et contribué à faire de cette formation un moment enrichissant et instructif. #formation #pharma #engineering

Nous vous proposons un point étape de notre tour de France et Belgique! Suite à notre passage au Hackathon de Polytech Orléans les 10 & 11 octobre dernier, nous avons continué notre Tour de France avec le Forum stage & emploi Alsace Tech & Université de Strasbourg le 17 octobre dernier. Passant de l'Est à l'Ouest, le train nous a conduit à Polytech Nantes ce mardi 22 octobre sur le site de Gavy à Saint Nazaire pour un exercice pédagogique d'entretien d'embauche pour les étudiants. Puis, nous avons rejoint le soleil de Montpellier pour le FORUM ENTREPRISES - IMT Mines Alès - IMT Mines Albi -ENSCM ce jeudi 24 octobre. Aujourd'hui, nous représentons PHARMAPLAN (TTP Group) en Belgique à Tournai auprès de l'HELHa — Haute École Louvain en Hainaut! Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement tous les étudiants pour leur intérêt pour notre ingénierie, nos métiers (Chefferie de projet, Process, HVAC, Génie civil, Automatismes...), certains étudiants venant nous rencontrer tous les ans depuis leur 1ère année! Nous remercions également toutes les équipes organisatrices qui relèvent tous les ans le challenge avec réactivité et dynamisme. Jeudi 10 et vendredi 11 octobre dernier, PHARMAPLAN (TTP Group) était présent à Polytech Orléans pour notre 1er Hackathon! Nous avons proposé deux problématiques aux étudiants: 💡Mise en place des low-tech dans un environnement pharmaceutique dans le cadre des réglementations en vigueur 💡Mise en place et développement du mentorat au sein de notre ingénierie. En tout, 5 groupes d'étudiants ont étudié pendant 2 jours ces problématiques et ont été soutenus par nos coachs Julie Casolari, Marie Hénault et Karen Soudée 🍀. Ils nous ont proposé des solutions de qualité, réalistes et applicables. Encore toutes nos félicitations aux vainqueurs👏👏👏 Nous souhaitons remercier tous les étudiants ayant participé à ce Hackathon organisé par Hussar Academy et Polytech Orléans pour la qualité de son accueil. #lowtech #pharma #mentorat #formation

English version below 🚀 Community of Practice Project Management trifft Pharmaplan (TTP Group) – Erfolgreiches Event in Basel Am 8. Oktober 2024 hatten wir das Vergnügen, gemeinsam mit der ISPE D/A/CH-Gruppe ein Community of Practice (CoP) Project Management Event in unserem Baseler Office auf dem Novartis Campus zu veranstalten. Rund 25 Teilnehmer aus der Industrie und dem Dienstleistungssektor erhielten spannende Einblicke in das Projektmanagement im pharmazeutischen Ingenieursektor. Besonders freuten wir uns über die Vorträge hochkarätiger Referenten, die wertvolle Einblicke in Themen wie Investitionsprogramm-Management und den Brückenschlag zwischen CAPEX-Projekten und Operational Readiness lieferten. Neben den inspirierenden Präsentationen war die faszinierende Architekturführung über den Novartis Campus durch Stephan Eckbert Borger-Anka, Senior Specialist in Architecture & Laboratories at Pharmaplan, ein weiteres Highlight. Das durchweg positive Feedback der Teilnehmer zeigte, dass sowohl die Vorträge als auch das Networking sehr gut ankamen. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an das Organisationsteam vor Ort sowie an unseren Partner bei der ISPE D/A/CH, Riad Beqiri, PMP für ihr Engagement. Around 25 participants from the industry and service sector gained valuable insights into project management in the pharmaceutical engineering sector. We were especially pleased with the presentations from esteemed speakers who provided valuable insights into topics such as investment program management and bridging CAPEX projects with operational readiness. In addition to the inspiring presentations, the fascinating architectural tour of the Novartis Campus by Stephan Eckbert Borger-Anka, Senior Specialist in Architecture & Laboratories at Pharmaplan, was another highlight. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants showed that both the presentations and the networking opportunities were very well-received. Oktober 2024 fand das Qualitätsforum Reinraum auf dem UNESCO-Welterbe Zollverein in Essen statt. Dieses gemeinsam mit Testo Industrial Services DE organisierte Expertenevent, brachte Fachleute zusammen, um über Reinraumplanung und -qualifizierung zu diskutieren. Wir waren mit zwei spannenden Vorträgen unserer Pharmaplan-Kollegen vertreten: 👉 Malte Lamster (Lead Architect) referierte über EU GMP Annex 1 und Schiebetüren im Reinraum. 👉 Christian Miguel-Langstrof (Head of Operational Excellence) präsentierte den Einsatz von dynamischen VR-Modellen im GMP-Umfeld mit einer interaktiven 3D-Modell-Demonstration. Das Forum bot eine großartige Gelegenheit zum Netzwerken und zum Austausch mit den ExpertInnen von Testo und Pharmaplan. On October 8, 2024, the Cleanroom Quality Forum took place at the UNESCO World Heritage Zollverein site in Essen. This expert event, co-hosted with Testo Industrial Services DE, brought together industry professionals to discuss cleanroom planning and qualification.
