💪 Today, we’re raising our arms, not just as a symbol, but as a commitment to real action. International Women’s Day is a reminder to keep pushing for true #equality. And, at Proximus, it’s something we work on every single day. Because real change happens through action, collaboration, and showing up consistently.    🎯 A few years ago, we set the target of ensuring at least 30% of new hires in digital and technical roles are women with a university degree: a goal we’ve been meeting since 2022. Today we shared our 2024 full year results. We have successfully met our 2024 objectives and achieved our 2025 EBITDA target a year ahead of schedule. Some key factors leading to this result: ✅ Domestic market performance: In 2024, we saw a 3.4% increase in domestic revenue, reflecting our strong position in the Belgian market despite growing competition. Our consistent performance and effective value management across our brand portfolio have been crucial to this success. ✅ Strategic strengths: Our multi-brand approach and superior network quality continue to be key drivers. Our mobile network now provides #5G indoor coverage to nearly 70% of Belgium’s population and is recognized for its premium quality and speed. Additionally, our #Fiber network reached over 2.2 million homes and businesses by the end of 2024. ✅ International growth: Our international operations have shown a 6.2% year-on-year EBITDA increase on a pro forma basis, highlighting the initial successes of our strategy. The launch of Proximus Global marks a significant step towards becoming a global leader in digital communications.
