It was amazing to see so many thought leaders, innovators & HR leaders join together to explore the future of HR under a clear message: the time for transformation is now! ✨ Kicking off the event, Peter Hinssen set the stage by challenging us to navigate the "never normal" world, where rapid technological shifts demand new strategies like embracing uncertainty, fostering trust, and leveraging AI and digitalization. Very inspiring talk, proud he's a compatriot! 🔍 Amy Webb continued the conversation, leading us on a journey into the future of work. AI, energy efficiency, and biotechnology are reshaping the economy, reminding us of the need to anticipate trends and cultivate a future-focused culture. Her call to action was clear: invest in continuous learning and embrace bold ideas. 💡 Dr Kirstin Ferguson AM brought the event to a powerful close with her keynote on "Modern Leadership in HR: How to Lead with the Head and Heart" by balancing head-based capabilities (curiosity, wisdom, perspective, capability) with heart-based ones (humility, self-awareness, courage, empathy). Her deeper dive into curiosity, perspective, and self-awareness offered practical insights for HR professionals to develop these crucial traits. After so much tech content all week, this was definitely the talk I appreciated the most in Paris! 🔐 A key takeaway was the intersection of AI and cybersecurity, with HR playing a crucial role in safeguarding data while driving innovation. With technology, data, and human factors converging, HR is at a pivotal crossroads. It’s time to lead the way by spotting future skill sets, promoting experimentation, and building adaptable, resilient structures. Let’s shape the next decade together! 🚀💼
