Our core business is based on a combination of real estate market experience, project feasibility studies and the integration of financial analyses into the financial and business realities of the owners. The advice we provide based on our valuation analysis offers the perfect foundation for adjusting projects, resolving Catch-22 situations and simplifying estates and portfolios. What also makes Stadim unique is the fact that our reports are recognised by all Belgian banks.
