As a continuation of the #ARTeCHÓ event under the European Week of Regions and Cities – #EUWeekCloseYou, SERN held an inspiring #Cross-Fertilization Session featuring presentations from @Alejandro García, Carlos Yanes Díaz, Dimitris Dimitriadis, and Shiran Ben Abderrazak, showcasing innovative projects that are redefining the boundaries of digital art, NFTs, and social impact. 💼 Key Highlights: - Alejandro García from This Project Works shared their pioneering work with Art.Army, a blockchain-based platform connecting artists and industry professionals, and their groundbreaking NFT Fashion collection, created to promote sustainability in the fashion industry. - Dimitris Dimitriadis introduced the #LittleHumansforUkraine initiative, an NFT collection of children’s drawings aimed at raising funds for children affected by the war in Ukraine. All proceeds will support the Voices of Children foundation, providing psychological and social support. - Shiran Ben Abderrazak presented Mono, the first NFT gallery in Africa, which bridges the physical and digital art worlds. Mono provides physical spaces in highly visible locations, offering digital artists the chance to showcase their work and educate the public while merging traditional art spaces with new technologies.
