A lot of companies are still manually qualifying renters and calling them up one by one. This is such a time waste, knowing we have the automation tools to fix this. Rent-Manager 2.0 – Lead Nurturing While developing the Rent Manager 2.0, we found that communication between the renter and our client's business was relatively low, and their conversion of those renters was even worse. We've asked ourselves how we could fix both obstacles with one solution: Lead Nurturing. First we've added Automations throughout the process, where we communicate with our renter, and keep him top of mind. We do this by sending automated, PERSONALISED emails. This made the person feel important. We've added analytics in the back-end that would track the retention and other KPI's. This gave us the opportunity of looking at the numbers and make informative decisions based on data. Adding these 2 functionalities had an increase in conversion by 20% - without having to spend more time or energy. Shop Helper Chatbot Part 3 – Real Tutorial Creating the chatbot may seem as an impossible task, while it can be divided in 2 simple steps. We created our Shop Helper using Botpress. We first draw out the conversation flow, the chronological logic the chatbot will go through. We added questions, possible answers and images/carousels to make it more dynamic. After we created the actual conversation, we thought about exporting the data we want out of Botpress, and into our CRM or Database. This was a crucial step, as of now we have the automation set in place, all we need to do is wait on someone to have a conversation. The data we want to save in our CRM will get saved automatically.
