🎨 Adding a creative touch to our final chapter 🌿 The newly refurbished building PAX in Ixelles, with the transformation of student ‘kots’ into studios, 1, 2 and 3 rooms apartments improving the energy performance, just gained some added value with the installation of a stunning mural art in the courtyard. 🌿 This artwork, created by John de Radiguès, perfectly captures the spirit of the space and brings fresh energy to our shared environment. It symbolises a promising future for the new residents who will enjoy this unique setting. 🙋 John de Radiguès, born in 1999 and based in Brussels, explores the intricate nature of human perception through his art. Embracing perspectivism, he delves into the complexities of justice, beauty, and truth. Each of his cubes symbolises a unique perspective, challenging viewers to contemplate the diverse interpretations of reality. His work serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the pitfalls of relentless truth-seeking and the vulnerability of individual convictions in the face of overwhelming perspectives. 🙏 A big thank you to everyone involved in making this artistic project a reality. 🎉 We are honoured to welcome a new member in our Board   .  .  .   Welcome Philippe MASSET 🙋 Philippe has held several C-level executive roles, with over 20 years of experience as CEO of international banking entities at ING and later at Degroof Petercam. This achievement fully answers to 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆’𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 and a limitation of CO2 emissions. ✔️ This phase brings drilling and earthworks to a close. It was the opportunity for our colleagues Vincent Meulders and Alp-Tony Topsakal to share our experience together with Matexi in terms of development, the opening of a new residential construction in a new city for Vicinity and the welcome of our new tenants! 🎉    🙏 This has been a pleasure to meet with the young generation in the search of knowledge.
