👩🏼🎓👨🏼🎓 At the Howest Brugge Station campus, our colleagues of MBG and VMA were honored to be part of the opening ceremony of the academic year. From now, more than 5.000 students and the HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen staff will fully enjoy their brand-new, modern and sustainable site. It will surely be an inspiring environment for learning, working, and connecting with each other 🤩. MBG and VMA , both business units of our CFE Group, have been playing a key role in the design, construction and the future maintenance of the new campus. 🏗️ 🔌 The project encompassed the construction of a new building and the thorough renovation of two existing ones. The campus offers spacious and flexible classrooms, equipped with the latest technology and furniture, as well as ample natural light and ventilation. 💡 👷🏽👷🏻♂️👷♀️ We are immensely proud of all our #Heroes, whose dedication and hard work made this possible. Their pursuit to create a sustainable campus was remarkable: from the circular façade and waste-water reuse to repurposing of materials and minimizing transportation emissions. #ChangingForGood, for real! 🎾 Yesterday evening, our shareholder CFE organized an exciting padel tournament for all CFE entities.   We're proud to share that two VMA teams made it to the top 3! 🥈 Huge congratulations to our champions: Xavier Laurent and Damien Thirifay from VMA Charleroi, and the Stradiot brothers, Wim and Dirk Stradiot, from VMA Sint-Martens-Latem. 🏆   Also, a big shoutout to the other 36 VMA participants and all the other amazing CFE players and winners. 🎉 Un grand succès pour notre (after) summer event chez VMA Louvain-la-Neuve ! 🎉 Vendredi dernier, les équipes de VMA Louvain-la-Neuve se sont réunies pour une session d'information enrichissante suivie d'un barbecue convivial. Nous avons partagé les résultats de notre enquête de satisfaction du personnel (E-NPS), discuté de nouveaux projets enthousiasmants, et mis l'accent sur notre campagne Go4Zero, rappelant l'importance de la sécurité sur le lieu de travail. 🦺 Après la réunion, nous avons profité de plusieurs activités amusantes, comme un Jenga XL, du cornhole, du football, et même un château gonflable "wipeout" ! ⚽️ Merci à tous ceux qui ont participé et contribué à l'ambiance positive. 💼 Back to school 💼 Met trots willen we bij VMA ons recent afgeronde project in de verf zetten: de Egied Van Broeckhovenschool, een indrukwekkend project dat zowel renovatie als nieuwbouw omvatte. Voor dit project stonden wij in voor o.a. de KNX-gestuurde verlichting, branddetectie, verdeelborden, inbraakbeveiliging… Dankzij ons geavanceerd vmanager systeem worden de energiestromen nauwkeurig gemonitord en geoptimaliseerd.
