That is why today, on #WorldMentalHealthDay, we’d like to refer to the research we’ve conducted last year within the industry together with #marketing's biggest organisations and nearly 13,000 respondents: The #GlobalDEICensus2023 demonstrated that 42% of respondents feel stressed and anxious at work. In Italy that's even 52%, while for the Netherlands it's 26%. In Italy, only 31% said that their workplaces were open to talk about mental health. As digital technologies and #AI continue to reshape the #advertising landscape, and #environmental and #societal challenges increasingly challenge us all, there is a growing need for #BetterMarketing that can help meet the needs of people, communities, society - and the industry of course - at large.
