Nowadays #recruiters need to master #skills that go beyond the ability to conduct interviews and screen resumes. To stay up-to-date with the fast-developing world of #work and deliver the highest-quality services, innovative #education and lifelong #learning programmes are essential. 🥇 In this article on our new blog about the power of the #HRservices ecosystem, our EdTech partner Olive Group explains how their e-learning solutions are enabling the HR services industry to up its game and offer the best level of services. ⭐ Thanks to our members Geraldine King of the Employment & Recruitment Federation in Ireland and Charles Cameron of the RCSA Australia and New Zealand, for their insights on the programmes they established in their respective countries to increase the professionalism of our industry! https://lnkd.in/eQ5Kr6bh

The Work We Want São Paulo Summit was a great success. In case you missed it, we've got you covered with a slick video recap 🇧🇷
Yesterday we had a successful #WECLatamSummit, in which global personalities from the world of work gathered to discuss and share their experiences and expectations about what awaits us in the world of work in the region and the world. Personalities such as Jacqueline Mugo, EBS, IOE President, Bettina Schaller, World Employment Confederation President, Paula Montagnet, Undersecretary of Labor Statistics and Studies of the Ministry of Labor and Employment and Denis Pennel, WEC Executive Director, among others. They explained us about #AI and its impact on the world of work, the importance of having labor legislation that promotes formal employment and also what is needed to achieve greater gender equality in the world of work. As one of the main ideas to work on is that the currency of the future is skills We share with you a video with the memory of this first WEC Latam Summit.

World Employment Confederation reposted this
The second edition of the AFSRU Romania #HR Insights forum that I attended today in Bucharest was rich and engaging. So many people gathered today to talk about the realities of the HR in Romania. Congrats to the organisers - Sorina Donisa and her small and beautiful team - for creating an impactful, engaging agenda and a great venue to ease attendees into a fruitful dialogue, networking and learning. Romanian labour market is facing multiple challenges, including a significant brain drain, regulatory environment seemingly out of step with the labour market developments, competition (fair/unfair?), to name but a few. To top it off, a decline in the agency work business in light of challenging economic conditions. On the positive side, I saw an incredible potential for growth and co-creation. The room was full of passionate representatives of employment agencies, large client company representatives sharing their positive and inspiring views and stories, and various government structures representatives, sharing their policy outlook and challenges they face. One meeting is not a miracle solution to all problems. It is a stepping stone (pun intended) towards a constructive dialogue, which will yield a fruitful cooperation in the long run. I wish the Romanian reality to reach the heights of Italian and French success in their work. Not least, the World Employment Confederation stands ready to assist and offer guidance in this endeavour! The Work We Want
