The countdown to the end of Y Vote 2024 has begun ⏳, and we’re here to share some unforgettable highlights! How did it all begin? 😎 The last two years have been a rollercoaster, starting with just five people, countless brainstorming meetings, writing applications, and finally launching Y Vote at the General Assembly in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 in May 2023. Since then, our team has grown from 5 to 23 young people who dedicated time to making this 4th edition unforgettable throughout the last 2 years. 👏 Our journey may be wrapping up, but the mission to empower youth voices is just getting started! The past year and a half was an amazing time spent working together on the Y Vote project 🇪🇺 During these months I was able to learn a lot and meet amazing people! Together with my PR & Coms team Mareike Busse and Maciej Karcz, we did great work 💙 What's more our team manager Florina-Marieta Neagu deserves all the appreciation too for all her hard work and outstanding support on every step of the project! It's also a big thank you post to our international team that did wonderful things e.g. Y Vote Voting Guide, Local Actions, EUandYOU Kraków 2024 convention, Ambassador Programme, all the events that we attended in Brussels, Berlin, Prague, London, Eindhoven and Warsaw and many more! 🌍 Now my time in the Y Vote project is coming to an end. But for YOU, it might be the start of a new adventure! Now YOU can become a part of a new Y Vote 2025 team! This project was an amazing opportunity for me to experience the European Union spirit together and work on a project with an outstanding aim of developing, empowering and involving youth! As we slowly wrap up this edition of Y Vote, it's time to look back on some of our best moments from the past two years. 🙌 In April 2024, two of our managers proposed the theme for next year's European Planning Meeting of AEGEE / European Students' Forum which will be organised in 2025 by AEGEE-İstanbul 🇹🇷. "Lighting the spark of change: Youth Advocacy in Action" 💡 will be the main thematic focus of this European event which gathers every year over 100 young people from all over Europe. And guess what?!
