Job Description


We're seeking a sharp RevOps Specialist to join us. You'll be a crucial link across Marketing, Product, and Sales, delivering sharp insights, automating solutions, and optimizing data ops to drive Aikido's killer performance. You will:


  • Assist in refining sales and marketing processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to analyze data and provide insights for strategy development.
  • Segment and analyze product, behavioral, and marketing data to inform growth and product strategies.
  • Drive automation and optimize tools (e.g., Apollo, Chargebee, Intercom, June.io) ensuring seamless integration with HubSpot.
  • Provide Sales Ops with actionable insights, custom reports, ad-hoc data requests, and effective CRM management.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance data capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and B2B SaaS growth metrics, with experience in analyzing product usage and cohort data.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to distill and convey key insights to guide strategy.
