Wij als Food Pioneers Accelerator projectpartners hebben toegelicht hoe wij met onze kennis, ons netwerk en subsidies ondernemers kunnen ondersteunen met hun technische opschalingsvraagstukken. Exciting news: The first faba bean plants are sprouting in the field! 🌱💚 In the #Cuprifab project, we are exploring the entire value chain of #fababean proteins — from cultivation to #foodprocessing. 🌿 The field trials in Flanders have now begun, where we will analyze how different locally grown varieties and environmental conditions impact functionalities of protein-rich ingredients.
