𝗩𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝗯 𝗻𝗮𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁; 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗣𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝟮𝟱 𝗳𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 Op 25 februari 2025 kwamen startups en productiefaciliteiten naar Roeselare voor het Vlaamse Food Pioneers Accelerator event. Wij als Food Pioneers Accelerator projectpartners hebben toegelicht hoe wij met onze kennis, ons netwerk en subsidies ondernemers kunnen ondersteunen met hun technische opschalingsvraagstukken. Exciting news: The first faba bean plants are sprouting in the field! 🌱💚 In the #Cuprifab project, we are exploring the entire value chain of #fababean proteins — from cultivation to #foodprocessing. 🌿 The field trials in Flanders have now begun, where we will analyze how different locally grown varieties and environmental conditions impact functionalities of protein-rich ingredients.
