As Bosch Bulgaria's Volunteer Month comes to an end, our hearts are full of gratitude! ❤️ Throughout four October Saturdays, more than 100 colleagues brought their families along to help transform beloved locations in and around Sofia. ✅ Among the locations were Zoo Sofia, Tsepina Station, the National Polytechnic Museum, and Vitosha Nature Park. Together, we contributed nearly 400 hours, countless smiles, and a shared desire to make a difference. The third volunteer initiative at Bosch Bulgaria, part of our Month of Volunteering, was dedicated to supporting the National Polytechnic Museum. 🖼️ Our team eagerly participated, helping clean and organize the museum and its exhibits. 🌟 We not only focused on enhancing the museum’s appearance but also contributed to the important cause of preserving our technological and scientific heritage. Bosch Bulgaria's second volunteer action was full of smiles and enthusiasm! Our goal this time was the restoration of the area around Tsepina station. 🌿 We transformed the rocky land into an oasis by planting 55 thuja trees, 5 roses, 10 grass plants, and 18 bushes. 🚂 Our hosts surprised the youngest volunteers with a special surprise - the children had the opportunity to get on the narrow railway and enjoy a trip to Septemvri station. ❤️ A big thank you to all the volunteers who contributed to the initiative and continue to be an example of social responsibility! #BoschBulgaria #VolunteerInitiative #CommunityImpact

With participants from 26 locations, 8 dynamic sessions, and 2 parallel streams, we explored a range of topics—from building high-performing teams to tackling the challenges of agile adoption.
