Our #5minutesForHealth campaign is in Northwestern Bulgaria today!🫁 This is the second part of our campaign, which started last month to raise awareness about lung cancer prevention and the power of telemedicine. We’ve already visited four cities - Sofia, Ruse, Chirpan, and Montana - where people can check their health functions at Hubis Ltd's telemedicine station. Organized together with the Regional Health Inspections in each city, we’re having open conversations about healthy living, quitting smoking, and spotting early signs of #lungcancer, with support from Dr. Alex Simidchiev and the #AirForHealth association. 🔜 Stay tuned for our next health awareness stops across Bulgaria! Yesterday, we’ve started the new academic year for our "Digitalization and Innovation in Medicine" course at MEDICAL UNIVERSITY - SOFIA.🎓 Dr. Rosen Dimitrov, chairman of the board of the #DHICluster, opened with a lecture on the importance of innovation and digitalization in healthcare. We discussed key topics with the medical students, including: 📌 What digital transformation in healthcare really means 📌 Which soft and technical skills are essential for healthcare professionals to lead this change? 📌 How can we build these capabilities? These discussions set a solid foundation for the year. Next lecture we will focus on the structure and financing of #healthcare systems and explore how future healthcare professionals can make their practices more efficient, tech-oriented, and ready for better outcomes.

Can Deep Health tech and AI outsmart cancer❓ 📌Last week at the СОНМ - Съвместна онкологична национална мрежа | BJCN - Bulgarian Joint Cancer Network, our CEO Mira Ganova, PhD and Ivan Lekushev, CEO of BGO Software - the digital health lab hosted a panel discussion where we explored how AI and advanced health technologies are changing the future of cancer care. 🤝 Meet our panel participants and their expertise: 📍Hristo Ivanov, Shemha Health Ltd. Health Ltd. Health – AI Supporting the interaction between the expert doctor and the patient and facilitated connection with personal multidisciplinary team of physicians. 📍Petar Mihaylov, MySynergy – AI applications for breast and lung cancer detection. 📍Valentin Tafrajiiski, SC PACS – Access to precision imaging diagonstics and AI-powered visualization of any medical image 📍Georgi Kostadinov, Kelvin Health – Thermography AI advancing the standard of vascular care via accessible & rapid non-invasive diagnostics. 📍What are the Key Learnings? 1️⃣ We should collaborate with doctors to create precise solutions and train them to confidently use AI. 2️⃣ We should address issues like data security, ethics, and regulations to speed up progress. 3️⃣ We should bring AI into cancer care quicker to improve treatments and patient outcomes. A special thank you to AssocProf. Dimitar Kalev and all the physicians who raised critical questions about AI’s impact, their concers on healthcare and “how Artificial inteligence can support our natural inteligence”. A full house of 200 students kicked off another year of our “Digitalization and Innovation in Medicine” UN!course at the MEDICAL UNIVERSITY - SOFIA.👨🏼🎓🚀 Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting the opening lecture, focused on "Vaccinal Prevention – A Breakthrough in the Fight Against Cancer," in partnership with MSD Bulgaria. We were honored to welcome six outstanding speakers: 📌 Mira Ganova, PhD – Our CEO 📌 Rosen Dimitrov – Chairman of our Board 📌 Sava Todorov, PhD and Vera Duhleva – Representatives from MSD 📌 Prof. Maria J Dimitrova – Faculty of Pharmacy, Medical University of Sofia 📌 Lora Timeva – Pharmacist They shared valuable insights and engaged the students in key discussions on topics such as prevention, the impact of #HPV vaccination, and the importance of reliable scientific data. It’s always inspiring to see students so engaged in these vital topics and we look forward to another exciting year of education and innovation in healthcare.
