    YEAST WILL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN THE FUTURE OF FOOD [#DidYouKnow?] Used for 16,000 years, yeast has the “power” to better nourish and protect the planet! 🌎 Yeast has been used to shape the texture as well as the taste of food for thousands of years. Considered “divine”, early humans already knew how to make the most of #microorganisms for food. Nowadays, we understand the fermentation process and know how to use it to build our future.
