🎶 𝐔𝐤𝐞𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 – A Festival Full of Music, Fun, and Ukulele Magic! 🎶 This year’s UkeFest 2024 was an incredible celebration of 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 ! We’re proud to have brought together ukulele enthusiasts from all over for a memorable day filled with unique performances, workshops, and so much more. 🎉 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Our aim this year was to make the ukulele accessible to all ages, so we crafted a program with something for everyone: • Ukulele for Kids led by the wonderful Any Lilova gave our youngest participants the chance to experience the joy of playing ukulele through fun and simple lessons, • The Ukulele Workshop with Vasil Georgiev (Ukulele Cheats) taught participants basic ukulele chords, strumming patterns, and how to sing along to popular Bulgarian songs, • Our Flashmob brought together ukulele players for a spontaneous jam session on the roof of Networking Premium, • The Open-mic Scene allowed budding artists to step up and showcase their talents. Thanks to our partners at Kremona, one lucky participant walked away with a brand new ukulele! "Technologies and innovations in human resources" was the topic of the special event of the initiative of Invest Sofia - Sofia Investment Support (#SofiaIS). Many partners from the initiative of the Agency to support investors in the capital joined the discussion. The main panelists at the event were Zornitsa Yordanova, PhD, PMP® - General Manager of Intertaxer and the Executive Director of Adecco Bulgaria, Nadezhda Vasileva. Among the topics discussed were: #Digitization as part of current and future processes in the #HR sector. How can companies make the right transition from paper to innovation? How important is the participation of the human factor in the management and the selection of personnel for the fulfillment of the goals of a given company. Nadezhda Vasileva talked about the personal experience of Adecco Bulgaria in this direction and gave useful models for solving specific cases. Automation and artificial intelligence can help find and attract talent, their retention and growth, said Dr. Yordanova PhD. The event is part of the series of forums that Invest Sofia organizes through the #SofiaIS program. "Our goal is to be as useful as possible with knowledge, experience and shared resources to all the companies that are part of the initiative and to attract new ones," emphasized the CEO of Invest Sofia Dr. Maria Hristova PhD. (Maria Alexandrova, PhD), during the discussion. She received special congratulations from the participants for creating the program and for her work.
