✅ Plastchim-T at the BOPE Summit in Austria & Germany! We are excited to share our participation in the BOPE Summit organized by Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH in Siegsdorf, Germany and Salzburg, Austria, the second week of July 2024. In collaboration with Ticinoplast, we proudly presented our PEoneer® BOPE film, known for its excellent mechanical and optical properties, making it ideal for printing and coating in both mono and multi-layer applications. This event allowed us to showcase our innovation among industry leaders, competitors, converters, experts, and brand owners. Most importantly, we were able discuss the increasing importance and interest in BOPE, the latest advancements, and our collective journey towards sustainability." На 15.06.2024, имахме удоволствието да посетим гребна база „Сия Нейкова“. Двадесет ръководители на отдели в Пластхим-Т участваха в истинско гребно състезание, организирано от председателя на базата, Мирослав Димитров, и неговия екип от гребци и треньори. Мирослав сподели историята на изграждане на уникалната, за град Варна, база по академично гребане и разказа за предизвикателството да създаваш шампиони сам, с екипа си, напук на липсата на финансова или морална подкрепа. Именно в гребна база „Сия Нейкова“, Пластхим-Т избра да организира тийм билдинг, който е част от лидерската програма Пластхим-Таланти. През програмата, всички лидери на Пластхим-Т, усъвършенстват своите лидерски умения и се учат да работят в синергия, за да случат постигането на дългосрочната визия за растеж на компанията. Както в спорта академично гребане, така и в Пластхим-Т, се стремим да развием високоефективен екип, който ЗАЕДНО постига целите си. Тийм билдингът изправи ръководителите на отдели в Пластхим-Т пред изпитание, което ги тества не само физически, но и на ниво екипни и лидерски възприятия. Колегите ни почерпиха знания за силата на задружната отборна игра от атлетите по академично гребане, след което приложиха наученото в истинско отборно състезание по гребане, влагайки много хъс и дисциплина, борейки се рамо до рамо за постигане на общата цел. Благодарим на гребна база „Сия Нейкова“ за топлото посрещане, че ни показаха какво значи да бъдеш лидер в техния спорт, и как да постигнем резултати ЗАЕДНО, в отбор! Ръководителите на отдели в компанията научиха, че академичното гребане е спорт, който създава силен екип, отборен дух и мисловен синхрон.
