Nutcracker syndrome: Lady 40 y/o C/O sever chronic left loin and pelvic pain, dysparunea and pelvic heaviness. Urinalysis showed microhematoria. CT showed sever pelvic varices secondary to Nutcracker syndrome (compressed Lt-Rv between SMA & Aorta). IVC = 6 mmHg Pre-OV embo: LtRV = 11 mmHg Post-OV embo: LtRV = 13 mmHg Post-RV stent: LtRV = 7 mmHg Rt. Basilic + Rt. Radial access: Bilateral OV embo with left RV stent after TR-SMA site demarcation corrected everything.. pain & hematuria no more there. Done at Royal Bahrain Hospital cathlab. #withou_a_scalpel #IRad #Nutcracker_syndrome
