What you'll do:

  • Hire, supervise and evaluate the WABA staff.
  • Develop annual operating budgets for approval by the Board of Directors.
  • Provide professional involvement with WABA membership, building respect, confidence, trust and a positive working relationship.
  • Create a positive working relationship with elected officials important to WABA members, including federal legislators, state legislators, the Governor’s office, local mayors, town and county boards, law enforcement, and others.
  • Actively participate and maintain good working relations in agricultural advocacy groups such as the Wisconsin Agriculture Coalition and others.
