ターク氏は２５日、イスラエル軍の攻撃により、北部の全住民が爆撃や包囲、飢餓の危険にさらされていると指摘した。

欧州はウクライナ支援をやめて「パレスチナ人を守るべき」だ。世界の多くの人々は、弱者であるパレスチナ人を応援している。これは「ナチスの迫害をうける、ユダヤ人」を擁護したのと同じだ。

私は「パレスチナ難民」も「ガザ地区」から逃げたいと思っていると思います。しかし、地球上のどこも「パレスチナ難民」を受け容れる場所は、ありません。

The BBC spoke exclusively to Belarusian President Lukashenko. He says that send-ing North Korean troops to Ukraine would escalate the conflict.

「中国人、韓国人、フィリッピン人、米国人など」、世界中に数万人、数十万人以上の被害者がいます。異常な人数です。

検察官らの「自由の（剥奪）」は「恣意的」です。彼らは「法律に従わず」に「自分勝手」です。彼らは「（論理的）な（必然性）」がありません。検察は「彼らの思うまま」に「処罰」しています。

私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。
１：外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし「法の下での平等」により外国人は無罪です。
２：検察は「入管法22-4-4条の支援」を理由として、入管法70条に対して「刑法の60条および62条」の「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」したが、「適用する法律の誤り」です。（前記のとおりです)。

韓国人は「解決済」の「慰安婦や徴用工」の問題で日本に要求をするが、「入管法違反」で処罰された「何万人もの韓国人の被害者」を支援するべきです。

日本政府は「中国のウィグル人への人権侵害」などをでっち上げて、日本の人権侵害を隠しています。

「私」は、私および中国人、フィリッピン大使館関係者に対する、「名誉の回復」と「賠償」を求めています。

ワシントンに集まったトランプ支持者は20日の大統領就任式の会場を占拠、議会に乱入しました。議会は厳重に警備されているはずですが、なぜ議事堂の中に侵入できたのでしょうか。

今回の議事堂への乱入は、米ウォールストリート・ジャーナルが1月6日朝刊に掲載した「1887年の議事堂の周りを取り囲む写真と同じ構図」になりましたね。「意味深」ですね。

米議会乱入事件、議事堂のドアを開けたのは誰だ？不自然さが目立つ「議事堂乱入事件」。窓を割る映像も出ていますが、ほとんどの人はそこからは入っていません。中から、「ドアを開ける人がいた」のでしょう。

誰が6日の乱入を煽ったのか、つまりホワイトハウスのデモ隊を「誰が議事堂に先導した」のか、疑問を感じるところです。

「トランプの演説」を聞いていた人たちは、演説後はただ「歩いていた」だけです。一方、議事堂の周囲には警戒態勢が敷かれておらず、「警官が本気で動き始めた」ように感じたのは、議事堂の2階に上る人が増えてからです。

1月6日に開催された「上下両院合同会議」は「未曾有の大混乱」に陥りました。なぜこのような事態になったのでしょうか。

FBIの調査によると、集会参加者の中には、議事堂襲撃に使用する道具を取りに行くために、トランプ氏の集会から早く出て行った者がいるというのだ。

処罰理由です：
中国人が「虚偽の雇用契約書」を提出して「在留資格」を得た。そして彼らは入管法違反（資格外の活動）を行った。
「私達」が、中国人に「虚偽に雇用の契約書類」を提供したから、中国人は「在留資格」が取得できた。
中国人は「在留資格」が得られたから日本に「在住」できた。
中国人は日本に「在住」できたから「不法就労」ができた。
したがって、中国人に「虚偽の雇用の契約書類」を「提供」した「私たち」は、中国人の「資格外活動」の「ほう助罪」として処罰されました。
これは恣意的な「適用法の誤り」です。これは「法の論理」を外れています。

私の主張：
「１」虚偽の書類を提出して在留資格を得た行為は、法務大臣が（入管法：在留資格の取り消し）の「行政処分」することが、入管法で規定されています。これで「完結」です。無罪の行為の「ほう助行為」は無罪です。
「２」（資格外の活動）を行った中国人は無罪です。理由は、彼らを「雇用した者」が入管法の「不法就労を助長した罪」で処罰されていません。従って「法の下での平等」により、中国人は無罪です。

201６年1２月の入管法の改正は、「虚偽の雇用の契約書類」の「提供」の行為は、処罰できるようにしました。
201７年１月より実施。憲法39条により、「過去」に「遡及」して、「処罰」することはできません。

「中国人、韓国人、フィリッピン人、米国人など」、世界中に数万人、数十万人以上の被害者がいます。異常な人数です。

検察官らの「自由の（剥奪）」は「恣意的」です。彼らは「法律に従わず」に「自分勝手」です。彼らは「（論理的）な（必然性）」がありません。検察は「彼らの思うまま」に「処罰」しています。

2010年の入管法違反事件の「私や中国人」そして2013年のフィリッピン大使館の職員や外交官も同じ理由で処罰されました。

「私」は「法の論理」で説明して、「無罪」を主張しました。
すると、警察官や検察官はこう言いました。「(貴方)は一般論で、(貴方の罪）を、認めるべききだ」。
一般論で処罰する国は日本だけです！。
裁判官は、クレイジーな「論理」で、「因果関係=Causal relationship」を述べた。（判決の文章）を「見る」と、「大笑い」します。

この事件は、警察官、検察官、裁判官による恣意的な適用法の誤りです。罪名は、「特別公務員職権乱用罪」および「虚偽の告訴罪=Crimes of False Complaints」です。検察は「告訴状」「告発状」を「職権」によって「握りつぶした」。よって「公訴時効」は停止しています。

私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。
１：外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし「法の下での平等」により外国人は無罪です。
２：検察は「入管法22-4-4条の支援」を理由として、入管法70条に対して「刑法の60条および62条」の「他の犯罪を支援する罪」を「適用」したが、「適用する法律の誤り」です。（前記のとおりです)。

韓国人は「解決済」の「慰安婦や徴用工」の問題で日本に要求をするが、「入管法違反」で処罰された「何万人もの韓国人の被害者」を支援するべきです。

日本政府は「中国のウィグル人への人権侵害」などをでっち上げて、日本の人権侵害を隠しています。

「私」は、私および中国人、フィリッピン大使館関係者に対する、「名誉の回復」と「賠償」を求めています。

世界の皆さん！！被害者は各国の政府に申し出てください。各国の政府は「自国民の名誉の回復と賠償」を日本政府に要求する義務があります。

There is "smokeless gunpowder" which produces almost no combustion residue or smoke, but there is no gunpowder which does not emit CO2.

Humanity should establish a "Treaty on the Prohibition of the Use of Explosive Weapons". War should be limited to "nuclear weapons (EMP)".

"Humanity" likes war. However, don't you think that "CO2" emissions have increased since humans discovered "gunpowder"?

I think that the current global warming is largely due to the use of "explosive weapons".

Before talking about "exhaust gas" from automobiles, we should "shout" for a "ban on explosive weapons" which generate large amounts of CO2.

An organization "shouting" for a "ban on nuclear weapons" has won the "Nobel Peace Prize". The correct term should be "ban on the use of nuclear weapons" in the "atmosphere".

When people talk about nuclear weapons (nuclear bombs), they are referring to the nuclear bombs that the US dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The atomic bomb that the US military dropped on Hiroshima was dropped at an altitude of 600 meters in the atmosphere.

I argue that weapons used in war should be limited to nuclear weapons (electromagnetic pulses). EMP is caused by a nuclear explosion at an altitude of 30 to 400 km above the ground.

An electromagnetic pulse (EMP) is a powerful pulse of electromagnetic waves. The use of nuclear weapons outside the atmosphere is harmless to humans.

EMP has no direct effect on the human body. However, it damages and destroys electronic devices, and causes problems with communications that use electronic devices, as well as infrastructure such as electricity, gas, water and sewerage, and transportation.

I thought that Russia would use "EMP weapons" that explode at "high altitudes" in the "Ukrainian war," but Putin seems to be "hesitant."

温暖化の原因である「火薬」には、燃焼カスや煙がほとんど出ない「無煙火薬」がありますが、CO2を出さない火薬はありません。

人類は「火薬兵器の使用禁止条約」を創設するべきです。戦争は「核兵器（EMP）に限定するべきです。

「人類」は、戦争は好きです。しかし、人類が「火薬」を発見してから「co2」の排出が増えたと思いませんか。

現在の地球温暖化は「火薬兵器」の使用によるところが大きいと思います。

自動車の「排ガス」を言う前に、CO2を大量に発生する「火薬兵器禁止」を「叫ぶべきです」。

「核兵器の禁止」を「叫ぶ団体」が「ノーベル平和賞」を受賞しました。正しくは「大気圏内」での「核兵器の使用禁止」と言うべきです。

核兵器（核爆弾）を叫んでいるのは、米国が「広島や長崎」に落とした「核爆弾」を言っています。広島に米軍が降下した「原爆」は、大気圏内の高度「600Ｍ」です。

私は、戦争で使う兵器は「核兵器（電磁波パルス）に限定するべきだと主張しています。「EMP」は上空30km～400kmの高高度での核爆発によって発生します。

電磁パルス（EMP: Electro Magnetic Pulse）とは、強力なパルス状の電磁波です。核兵器の大気圏外での使用は人類には「無害」です。

「EMP」は人体に直接の影響はない。しかし電子機器を損傷・破壊し、電子機器を使用した通信や電力、ガス、上下水道、交通などのインフラに障害を生じさせます。

「被害の範囲」HEMPの被害を受ける地表の範囲は、下表のように、爆発の高度が高くなるほど広くなります。今では、「核の傘」の安全保障は「通用」しません。

家電やコンピューター、自動車などを使用不能にすることができる。電子兵器が多用される現代戦において非常に効果的であり、爆弾そのものは人体に影響しないという「非殺傷兵器」です。

私は「火薬兵器の禁止」及び「核爆弾の大気圏での使用を禁止する」条約を定めるべきだと思います。「非殺傷兵器」の「使用」のみ、認めるべきです。

「ｅｍｐ（ＨＥＭＰ）」が使用された場合、被災地は「中世の文明」に戻るだけです。しかし、現在においては「食料」の入手が困難になり「多くの人々が餓死」すると言われています。

私は「ウクライナ戦争」で、ロシアは「高高度」で核爆発させる「ＥＭＰ兵器」を使用すると思っていましたが、プーチン氏は「躊躇している」ようです。

私は「ウクライナ戦争」が続くようであれば、ロシアはウクライナの「高高度」で「核爆発」を起こして、「ＥＭＰ」で攻撃をするべきだと思います。もう殺人はやめるべきです。

「ＥＭＰ」を使うに当たっては、ロシアは「ロシア土や同盟国」の領土も被害の対象になるので、被災後の「食糧や燃料などの配給体制」を十分に準備すると思います。

「NATO」はロシアへの挑発作戦」を止めない。欧州市民は「NATO諸国」がEMP攻撃を受けた場合の準備をするべきだと思います。

そうでなければ、ロシアへの挑発行為を止めるべきです。またロシアは「欧州の諸国」に「警告」ではなく「EMP」の使用を「正式に通達」するべきです。

欧州は「EMP被災後」の食糧支援体制などを、今から準備するべきだと思います。

「火薬兵器」でなく、「EMP」での「戦争の世界」では「核の傘」は意味がないことを世界は知るべきです。だから私は「G3軍事同盟」の創設を提案しているのです。
