Bermuda College Foundation is proud to announce a generous $100,000 donation from CariGenetics to fund the renovation of two classrooms at Bermuda College to create dedicated labs. These research and clinical genetics spaces will be pivotal for groundbreaking projects, enhancing the partnership between the College and CariGenetics. Not only will these labs foster cutting-edge research in the field of genetics, but they also provide invaluable hands-on experience for Bermuda College students. We are excited to share that, with the generous support from the CHUBB Charitable Foundation, Bermuda College has acquired one hybrid training vehicle and an electric training vehicle and enhanced its Motor Vehicle Technology Programme with specialised training. Introducing EV/Hybrid training into the College’s technical education curriculum allows students to gain practical experience with cutting-edge technology, preparing them for success in an ever-changing global job market. Additionally, the Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Training Certification provided by EINTEC at Bermuda College has been a major advancement, benefiting both our faculty and industry professionals from the Department of Works and Engineering, the Bermuda Transport Control Department, and the Bermuda Police Service Garage.
