Autoneum increases revenue and profitability again In the 2024 financial year, Autoneum increased its revenue by a further 4.2%, supported by inorganic growth. Revenue consolidated in Swiss francs rose by CHF 36.4 million to CHF 2338.7 million. Autoneum also increased its profitability, achieving an EBIT margin of 5.3%. Despite a continued challenging market environment with declining vehicle production and contrary to negative news coming from the automotive industry, the financial targets for 2024 were fully achieved. In addition, Autoneum recorded the highest level of order intake in its history in 2024. A high-performance culture broadly anchored within the Group and consistent attention to detail in all areas and at all levels made this possible. Transaction completed! The acquisition of a majority stake of 70 percent in the Chinese automotive supplier Jiangsu Huanyu Group, which was announced in November 2024, was completed with effect from February 28, 2025, following approval by the authorities. As a result, Business Group Asia secures access to all major Chinese manufacturers and significantly increases its annual revenue. Fostering a people-centric culture is one of the six pillars of Autoneum’s new Level Up strategy. But what exactly does it mean? This and a wide range of related questions were recently tackled by our Human Resources department in a workshop for project managers. The event focused on various key areas aimed at empowering the team and promoting long-term success: from people development and the successful application of competency models to increasing employee engagement, communication and teamwork, the group of talented experts left no topic unexplored. This year marks a milestone as our plant in A Rúa, Spain, celebrates the 20th anniversary! The City Council of A Rúa recognized this achievement during the “Festa do Codillo” gastronomic festival.
