JOB OPPORTUNITY | AUTOMATION SPECIALIST Somos is looking for an Automation Specialist to join our team on a remote basis, with proven experience in identifying automation opportunities, designing solutions and ensuring proper integration with existing systems. JOB OPPORTUNITY | INFRASTRUCTURE ARCHITECT Somos is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Architect to join our team for a three-month project in a remote format, working closely with all technical teams. The working hours are 8 hours a day, according to the London time zone, from 9am to 6pm (GMT). JOB OPPORTUNITY | TECH OPERATIONS ANALYST Somos is seeking a Tech Operations Analyst to join our team in a remote format, with proven technical skills and experience in supporting infrastructure services both in the cloud and on prem. The working hours are 8 hours per day, in accordance with London's timezone, from 9 AM to 6 PM. You will be responsible for: - Maintain and support infrastructure services across server and networks. - Support, implement and manage services in Office 365 and Azure. - 3rd line support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA's. - Monitor capacity and performance of all services ensuring maximum system availability. - Respond and troubleshoot critical outages across infrastructure, in conjunction with 3rd party carriers and vendors. - Ensure operational support documentation is complete and accurate. - Work to identify improvements and upgrades to IT infrastructure.  SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: - Fluent in English. - Cloud Services Configuration and Administration, Azure & O365. - Network Administration and Troubleshooting, Cisco technologies, including Meraki Wi-Fi. - Strong technical experience of Windows Server Operating Systems and VMware (ESXi/vCenter). - Experience of Active Directory, Group Policy and other Microsoft administrative technologies. - SQL Server and database maintenance. - Proficient in PowerShell. - Exposure to FortiGate or other firewalls technologies is considered a plus. - An understanding of networking and security concepts. - SAN storage configuration and volume allocation technologies. - Mimecast administration or similar experience with other email management solutions. - Knowledge of Veeam or similar backup and replication technologies. - 2+ Years' experience supporting cloud/on-prem infrastructure services. - Any exposure to Cisco Umbrella is considered advantageous. You will be responsible for providing high-quality accounts receivable management and meeting the needs of both internal and external clients.
