Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UX processes and design systems, with proven expertise in both utilizing and developing them. Additionally, a robust background in visual design is essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and refinement of UX processes to ensure a seamless and efficient design workflow.
Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems that enhance consistency and quality across all product interfaces.
Apply strong visual design principles to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure cohesive and user-centric product development.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to communicate design ideas and interactions effectively.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and addressing feedback constructively.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
English C1/C2
3-4 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX and visual design projects, highlighting your process and impact.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Strong wireframing and prototyping skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
