Como atender a ligação

Como atender a ligação

- [Instructor] Answering calls. Receiving a phone call, especially one that you weren't expecting, can sometimes catch you off guard, so it's important to know the phrases you can use to answer the call politely and shift your focus to what the caller is asking of you. When you first answer the phone, you have a few options for phrases to use. If you're answering a work phone, you might answer with your first and last name, or, "Hello, this is," and your first and last name. For example, "Hello, this is Lecia Sandler." If you're answering on behalf of your department, you can say the name of your department and then your own name. For example, "Accounts payable; this is Nina Milton." You can also add the word "speaking" at the end. "Accounts payable; this is Nina Milton speaking." And simply answering the phone with "hello" is perfectly acceptable for any type of call. Think about how you like to answer the phone. Maybe one of these ways is closer to how it's done in your first…
