    I had a great time lecturing final year students of the University of Botswana ,BBA Entrepreneurship on the practical side of entrepreneurship. It was a humbling experiencing. They also got to pitch their ideas. You could feel the zeal, the fire burning inside of them, as they pitched their businesses. Well researched, brilliant ideas that these young lads are bringing to the marketplace. For so long industry and academia have been fragmented, through this invitation that I received, we are building bridges and strengthening the cord between the marketplace and academia. I have offered myself for mentorship and watch the space! This class of BBA Entrepreneurship 2024 will be employers, not employees. Their lecturer, Dr Ganamotse told them, she is not giving anyone a reference to go look for a job, they must go and pursue entrepreneurship.
