Role overview:  As a YouTube Media Buyer at 1WEB, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing YouTube advertising campaigns to achieve our campaign objectives. You will leverage your expertise in YouTube advertising, data analysis, and digital marketing trends to drive results and ROI for our clients. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute end-to-end YouTube advertising strategies aligned with campaign objectives. - Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and trends to optimize campaign performance. - Create compelling ad creatives, ad copy, and video content strategies to engage audiences effectively. - Set up, monitor, and optimize YouTube campaigns using various tools and platforms to achieve KPIs. - Perform A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and insights. - Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to the Project Management Team, showcasing campaign performance and opportunities for improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends, YouTube algorithm changes, and new advertising features to implement innovative strategies. Requirements: - Proven experience working as a YouTube Media Buyer within a digital marketing agency. - In-depth knowledge of YouTube advertising platforms, tools (such as Google Ads), targeting options, and best practices. - Demonstrable success in managing and optimizing YouTube advertising campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs and campaign objectives. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies, insights, and recommendations clearly to the Project Management Team. - Relevant certifications or qualifications in digital marketing or advertising (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
