360 is proud to be sponsoring The Bike Shop Racing team again this year as part of our ongoing commitment to community support and our focus on promoting health and wellness. As the season winds down, we’re thrilled to spotlight the incredible achievements of three standout youth riders. Today, we’re highlighting Colton Zabolotney, whose grit and determination defined his race season. Here’s what Colton had to say about the highlight of his season: “One of the most defining moments of my season came at the Category 1/2 Wix Brown Circuit Race in Vancouver. The race started with an intense pace, and about 4 minutes in, I was dropped from the peloton. I spent the remaining 97 km riding solo while the Cat 1/2 group lapped me twice. Despite the tough and humbling experience, finishing that race was the proudest moment of my season. The very next day, I pulled together a much stronger performance, finishing mid-pack—a result that felt even more rewarding after overcoming the challenges of the previous day.” His determination was further tested at the 2024 Canadian Gravel Championships in Water Valley, AB, where he braved brutal conditions of heavy rain and freezing temperatures to win the Junior (17-18) Men’s Championship. We’re honored to support young athletes like Colton who demonstrate resilience, perseverance, and the drive to overcome obstacles. #WeMakeaDifference #TheBikeShop #Community The Bike Shop 📷 David Miller

360 is proud to be sponsoring The Bike Shop Racing team again this year; a partnership that aligns perfectly with our shared commitment to community support and our focus on promoting health and wellness. As the race season wraps up, we’re excited to highlight the achievements of three exceptional youth riders. Today, we’re celebrating Ella Myers, whose dedication and perseverance have truly shone this season. This year, Ella competed in a packed cross-country mountain bike season, including Canada Cups, World Cups, and Pan American Championships. Among her personal bests were a 2nd place finish in the elite women’s race at the Canmore Canada Cup and a 31st place in the Mont Sainte Anne U23 World Cup. Despite facing health challenges and mechanical setbacks, Ella remained resilient, consistently showing up with a positive attitude and tackling each race head-on. In addition to mountain biking, Ella completed her first-ever gravel race at the Canadian National Championships, finishing an impressive 11th in a competitive Elite Women's field. She wrapped up her season at the Enduro National Championships in Sun Peaks, BC, where she finished 5th Canadian in the U21 women’s category after a grueling 3,000 meters of descent across six stages. We’re thrilled to support athletes like Ella who exemplify perseverance, grit, and a commitment to excellence, both on and off the bike. #WeMakeaDifference #TheBikeShop #Community The Bike Shop 📷 David Miller

360’s CEO, Ryan Smith recently took the stage at the Energy Disruptors: UNITE 2024 conference, sharing how the grit, mental toughness, and teamwork he honed as a professional rugby player has shaped his approach to entrepreneurship. His ability to challenge the status quo and bring fresh perspectives continues to inspire all of us! Well done, Ryan! #WeMakeitSimple #EDU2024 #EnergyDisruptors2024 #Unite2024
I’m saying goodbye to the Energy Disruptors #EDU2024 conference, and what an experience it was. Here are a few of my key takeaways in no particular order: 1. Astronauts are the coolest people on the planet(s). They bring a unique perspective on the importance of caring for our world. And Ron Garan might be the most interesting human ever. 2. Leaders need to carve out space and time in this age of information overload to solve problems with a clearer mind. 3. Calgary is home to some of the most exciting, intelligent, and inspiring entrepreneurs on earth. 4. We are making incredible strides in solving global energy challenges. 5. We have no idea what the future holds - and that’s what makes it exciting. 6. Despite, or perhaps because of, geo-political conflicts and risks, we must continue seeking innovative solutions to life’s complexities, such as providing clean, efficient, and plentiful energy supplies. Many thanks to Graeme Edge, Michelle Edge, and Holly Ransom for putting on a fantastic conference and for giving me the opportunity to share some of my thoughts on one of the stages. Doing "gritty" things gives me great pleasure. To all whom I had the pleasure of meeting (too many to tag here) please don't be a stranger. I love conversation.
