🔥 Building Tomorrow’s Workforce: 7-Week Program Brings Back the Trades🔥 We're thrilled to announce the success of our 7-week Structural Welding Program, implemented a little over a year ago through partnerships with ADF, Great Falls College at MSU, VRBS, and Allied Steel Co., Inc. 🎉 This program equips participants with essential skills to meet local workforce demands. It allows students to dive into hands-on training 🤲, earn a certificate 📜, prepare for 2F & 2G welding qualifications ⚙️, and have an opportunity to interview with industry partners 📝 👥! 🙌 We're proud of our instructors/ADF Employees, Missy Pate and Darwyn Johnson, who bring expertise and passion to the students. ADF was proud to offer a position to two students from the recent cohort. Sean Swartz started this week and Johnny Park will be starting in September! Our 100,000-square-foot facility, set on a sprawling 100-acre industrial lot, became a hub for innovation and craftsmanship in the steel fabrication industry. The following year, we expanded with a 48,000-square-foot dual-purpose industrial building, further enhancing our capabilities. However, our journey is not just about buildings and square footage. It's about the incredible team of dedicated employees who have brought our vision to life. For the past ten years, our team has poured their hearts into their work, embodying the spirit of "Au Dragon Forgé," which translates to "At the Steel Forged Dragon" and means "a dragon forged in steel" in French. The relentless hard work, passion, and perseverance of the team at ADF has been the driving force behind our success. 🎉 Celebrating Milestones & Fun Times at ADF! 🎉 We recently had the honor of celebrating Carl Wichman's retirement with a special lunch. 🎂 Carl, thank you for your incredible contributions to ADF! We wish you all the best in your next adventure! 👏 In addition to Carl's celebration, we hosted the ADF Summer Celebration for our amazing employees and their families. ☀️ It was HOT, but the turnout was fantastic, with 280 RSVPs!🔥 We had an awesome Cornhole Tournament with 17 teams battling it out. The results were: 🏆 1st Place: Tylor Chapman & Jason Porter 🥈 2nd Place: Joe Beasley & Mike Warnock 🥉 3rd Place: Allen Neumann & Dillon Neumann Shoutout to our Cornhole champions! 🏆 They’ve got the toss, the technique, and the aim—who knew bean bags could be this competitive?
