Last week, Polly's analysis of US voters post-debate showed that both Harris and Trump achieved gains. #Trump made gains in Texas by focusing on fracking and #Harris made gains in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin with her assertion that after Ukraine, Putin would attack Poland. 8% of Wisconsin is of Polish extraction, and PA also significant Polish diaspora. Spoiler alert: it had no effect. Our analysis revealed that for endorsements to be impactful, a continuous relationship between the celebrity and the politician is crucial.
