Thanksgiving is a precious time for me—a time to pause, reflect, and truly appreciate the blessings in my life. I’ve long embraced the daily practice of gratitude, which keeps me grounded and humble. It opens my eyes to the abundance around me, reminding me that joy can often be found in the simplest moments. This Thanksgiving, and every day, I’m especially grateful for my work family, who inspire me, and my family and friends, who fill my life with love, laughter, and unwavering support. Celebrating all I’m thankful for reminds me of the richness that exists in the simplest moments and the connections that truly matter. It's funny. I wasn't really prepared to come on this trip. I had other plans and so much to do, so I hesitated at the opportunity to do this, just for me—to travel—just for me—not for work. Right up to the last minute, I berated myself for doing this when I had so many things on my to-do list. Now, I am so grateful that I came to India to visit dear friends and to absorb the colours, beauty, and culture. The to-do list is still there, but this is a little bit of time for me. Remember to take YOUR you time!

I had an incredible evening in Delhi with the amazing Sukeerti Raikwar! She guided me through the heart of Old Delhi, and seeing her country through her eyes was a true joy. While virtual connections are wonderful, nothing beats the magic of an in-person experience. We shared stories, laughed through the rain, and lifted each other up as solopreneurs in a tough industry. COACHING MOMENT As summer gracefully transitions into autumn, it’s a gentle reminder that change is not just inevitable, but beautiful. The crisp air, the changing leaves, the deepening skies—they all invite us to reflect on our own transformations. In the same way, the trees let go of their leaves, we, too, are called to release, make space, and welcome something new. I invite you to see this season not as the end of something but as the beginning of something even more meaningful. How can you embrace this change in your life? Take a walk in the vibrant colours, feel the cool breeze on your skin, and breathe in the scent of possibility. Stay mindful of the emotions that arise during this shift, whether they’re nostalgia for summer or excitement for what’s to come. Transformation, like the turning of the seasons, is a process. It requires presence, patience, and openness. Find joy in this journey by creating small rituals that ground you: lighting a candle as the evenings grow longer, journaling with a warm cup of tea, or simply sitting outside to soak in the autumn light.
