At Agropur, we believe in the next generation of members, who will ensure the future of our cooperative business model. For more than 40 years, our Young Cooperative Leaders Program has trained young milk producers.    This past year, 17 participants successfully completed the Program and will join the Young Facilitators Network! 🌟    Highlights included visits to the Saint-Hyacinthe plant and the Coopérative funéraire du Grand Montréal. Chez Agropur, nous croyons en la prochaine génération de membres, qui assurera l’avenir de notre modèle d’affaires coopératif. Josée combines purpose with passion on her farm, producing high-quality milk through a commitment to animal welfare and superior genetics. As the owner of Brown Heaven Farm in Verchères, she cares deeply about the comfort and feeding of her 85 Brown Swiss cows. Her dedication to community and involvement in various agricultural boards highlight the importance of collaboration and the next generation in farming.
