At AIM Children’s Charity, we are fortunate to be part of a community that believes in making a difference. Today, we are thrilled to celebrate the exceptional generosity of DeMelis Group, a company that has once again shown its unwavering commitment to giving back. Through their 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament, DeMelis raised an incredible $24,290, which was presented by Daniel DeMelis, General Manager at S&F DeMelis Construction Ltd., to Suki Choi, Founder of AIM Children's Charity. This generous donation will significantly support our mission at AIM. We also want to take this opportunity to thank our dedicated Lead Therapist, Emma, who played an instrumental role in facilitating this opportunity. Through her advocacy and DeMelis Group’s commitment to supporting our mission, AIM was honored to be chosen as the recipient of this generous contribution.  DeMelis Group: A Legacy of Giving Back DeMelis Group’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a testament to their belief in strengthening communities. AIM Children’s Charity Partners with GAP to Raise Awareness for Autism and Neurodiversity AIM Children’s Charity and GAP have joined forces in a partnership focused on raising awareness and support for autism and neurodiversity. AIM, an organization dedicated to helping individuals with autism through education, therapy, and vocational training, is committed to fostering a more inclusive society. Their innovative programs, such as ABA/IBI therapy and initiatives like the Blob Cafe, empower neurodiverse individuals to gain life skills and independence. GAP, a global retail leader, has a longstanding commitment to corporate social responsibility, promoting ethical practices, inclusivity, and community support. This partnership with AIM reflects GAP’s dedication to fostering acceptance of neurodiversity. Spearheaded by Lesley Ann Williams, GAP’s General Manager, the collaboration has furthered initiatives such as the Toonie4Autism campaign, with Lesley’s leadership playing a pivotal role in supporting AIM’s mission.
