AIMCo is pleased to announce its co-investment in Singapore-based Cyan Renewables, which has acquired MMA Offshore. Cyan, which is majority owned by Seraya Partners, is now the largest offshore energy service vessel provider in the Asia Pacific region.   “As a clear-market leader, Cyan is strategically positioned to benefit from the growing offshore wind and marine protection sectors, and this acquisition positions it as an important catalyst in the ‘blue-to-green’ transition of this space,” said Ben Hawkins, AIMCo’s Executive Managing Director, Global Head of Infrastructure, Renewable Resources and Energy Transition.     AIMCo is thrilled to expand its partnership with Seraya to collaborate on this exciting opportunity. It’s part of the Calgary Stampede tradition to enjoy a breakfast that features a lot of pancakes — and at least a few cowboy hats. AIMCo’s colleagues in Calgary joined the city’s celebrations with a Stampede breakfast at our downtown office. 

Congratulations to Andrea Kenyon for earning an Alpha Generation Award for Private Credit Investing from Institutional Investor. Andrea is a Managing Director on AIMCo’s Private Debt & Loan team, where she manages a portfolio predominantly comprised of U.S. leveraged loans and other select private credit investments. Andrea's deep experience and thoughtful approach to this asset class make her an important part of the AIMCo team and the management of its $7 billion private credit portfolio.
