This September 30th, on the fourth National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour the lost children, survivors, and communities affected by Canada’s residential school system. As we reflect, we also recognize the lasting impact of colonization on Indigenous health, including dementia. Learn more about Indigenous-led work in dementia care, brain health, and aging by exploring our resources, including episodes from our Dementia Dialogue podcast featuring the Native Women’s Association of Canada.
